The World Karate Federation (WKF) organizes sport karate at the highest level. It is responsible for organizing the bi-annual Senior and Junior World Championships as well as numerous Karate 1 World Cup events and elite level training camps. In 2020, the WKF will organize the inaugural karate event at the Tokyo Olympics.
