The Varsity Performance Karate Academy is now a reality, making it possibly the first combined Academic/Karate program in British Columbia!

A blended education model that combines attendance at a regular high school with the completion of distance education modules will be used. Thru enrolment in the Performance Athlete Custom Education (PACE) program, our elite karate athletes will be able to complete up to 9 core and elective Grade 10,11 and 12 courses within their karate training context. These course credits are then applied back to their home schools and count toward final BC graduation requirements.

Since student-athletes complete these courses within a distance education format, valuable time during the day is freed-up during which they can undertake performance-focused karate training at the dojo or functional gym.
