My daughter Ella and I have been training with Sensei Kraig for almost 3 years. Last year Ella qualified to attend BC winter games and attained a silver medal and two bronze medals in kata and kumite. Also, I competed in my first two competitions receiving gold at  48 years old. I can’t say enough about his expertise and knowledge in the high-Performance world of Karaté and sport and he has taken our fitness level  both mental and physical ability to a new level.  His kids program is awesome!

Both my daughters have been involved in karate since they were 4 years old.  They have both brought home medals from Provincial Tournaments and the B.C. Winter Games.  My youngest daughter has medaled at Nationals and at the Pan American Karate Championships.

I’m very happy to have them now training at Varsity Performance Karate. I can’t recommend this dojo enough! I am not only impressed in the expertise in elite competition training, but also in the sincere care for the physical and mental well being of young athletes.
